Covering nearly seven square kilometers, the terraced fields in Luzhou, Sichuan province exemplify ideal relations between nature and agriculture. This method has proven effective in tackling soil erosion and farmland shortage. In spring, sunshine bounces on the rain-filled fields, forming a beautiful sight in rural China.
