Iconic HK lion statues defaced by radicals get a scrubbing

A group of workers were seen Thursday morning cleaning two iconic lion statues outside HSBC headquarters in Hong Kong's central business district. Long viewed as the symbol of the city's financial strength and stability, the statues were defaced by radicals during a New Year rally. This is the second time the statues have been defaced since their creation in 1935.
