Chinese AI company SenseTime unveils embodied intelligence platform Wuneng

Chinese artificial intelligence company SenseTime officially unveiled its embodied intelligence platform Wuneng on Sunday at a large model forum on the sidelines of the 2025 World AI Conference & High-level Meeting on Global AI Governance held in Shanghai.
The Wuneng embodied AI platform is capable of empowering robots to interact naturally, including presenting PPTs, answering questions and performing precise actions.
"SenseTime expects to assist embodied AI firms in achieving real-world interaction through its new Wuneng platform," said Xu Li, CEO of SenseTime during the Large Model Forum themed as AI+: Large Model shapes the future.
Xu showcased during the forum a humanoid robot delivering a vivid and engaging presentation of slideshow on historical drama the Lychee Road. With natural language, humor and charisma, the robot not only flipped pages automatically but also answered various questions and provided periodic summaries.
The embodied intelligence platform is powered by SenseTime's embodied model as its core engine and supported by the company's large-scale computing infrastructure on both edge and cloud.
It equips robots and smart devices with advanced perception, visual navigation, and multimodal interaction capabilities, driving the evolution of intelligent terminals toward greater autonomy and intelligence.
It also enables various hardware terminals, including robots, to perceive and understand the physical world, with strong adaptability across scenarios and support for on-chip integration.
