Explosive plant blast kills 20 in East China

JINAN, April 2?-- Twenty workers?have been?confirmed dead, two?injured?while the status of the?rest?still being?unknown?after a blast at?an explosive plant?in East China's Shandong Province.
Thirty-one workers were on duty when the blast occured at around 7:00 p.m., according to local?industrial sfaty officials?in Zhaoyuan city.
The cause of the?explosion?is still under investigation.??
