E-West Club full-body fitness retreat

The retreats, set in an oasis outside of the city, are a unique experience that combine uplifting fitness and health workshops that promote finding a healthy balance in our daily lives through fun fitness activities. Participants will learn the purpose of a variety of exercises and also how to choose movements they enjoy to build a sustainable and personalized workout plan that they can customize and incorporate into their busy schedules.
