新修訂的藝術(shù)品經(jīng)營(yíng)管理辦法

A newly revised regulation on art trade was issued by Ministry of Culture in 2016, which eased restrictions on import and export of works of art.
2016年文化部發(fā)布了新修訂的《藝術(shù)品經(jīng)營(yíng)管理辦法》，該辦法放松了對(duì)藝術(shù)品進(jìn)出口的限制。

The revised regulation delegated management of the cross-border art trade to provincial governments. Dealers only need to get a standard business license, yet they must register with the cultural department.
新修訂的辦法將藝術(shù)品進(jìn)出口經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)審批下放到省級(jí)文化行政部門。經(jīng)營(yíng)單位只需申領(lǐng)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，但必須到文化行政部門備案。

First adopted in 1994 and revised in 2004, the latest version better regulate and supervise domestic auctions and appraisals, as the old one failed to cover many key aspects of the industry.
《藝術(shù)品經(jīng)營(yíng)管理辦法》于1994年首發(fā)布，并于2004年進(jìn)行了第一次修訂。舊版管理辦法未能覆蓋藝術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的許多關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域，而最新修訂版本能更好地規(guī)范和監(jiān)管國(guó)內(nèi)拍賣和估價(jià)。
