It makes full use of the existing water resources and natural environment to build club reception center, water park area, club activity center, leisure health club, catering business area, convention and exhibition training center. Construction conditions of the project: Tai’an Tourism & Economic Development Zone, located at the foot of Mount Tai, the world natural and cultural heritage, is a provincial tourism resort that is approved by the government of Shandong Province, with an area of 23.9 square kilometers. Based on well equipped facilities, such as water, electricity, gas, pipeline, it takes 3.5 square kilometers’ Tianping Lake as a core resource to succeed in introducing Song Qingling Foundation, Song Dynasty Town -Eternal Friendship Town, Longxi Group and other tourism projects, which evidently illustrates the advantage of tourism and culture industrial centralisation.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can receive 30 thousand membership and other tourists, newly increase the takings of 50 million yuan, and profit and tax of 8 million yuan annually as well.
