Coffee adds years to life
?Drinking coffee can add years to your life, according to a new study, foreign media reported.
據外媒報道,最新研究顯示,喝咖啡能令人延年益壽。
Too much caffeine used to be considered unhealthy, but the study found that the more coffee consumed, the less likely people were to die from heart and respiratory disease (呼吸疾病), stroke, diabetes (糖尿病) and infections. "Coffee could be [working by] affecting blood pressure," said Dr Neal Freedman of the National Cancer Institute in UK. "It is possible that different compounds in the coffee are important."
