Zhang Dejiang and 5 other deputies were elected executive chairpersons of the presidium for the annual session of China's national legislature Monday, Xinhua reported. They were elected at the first meeting of the presidium. Fu Ying was appointed as the deputy secretary general and the spokesperson for the NPC session.

據新華社報道，十二屆全國人大一次會議4日舉行主席團第一次會議，推選張德江等6人為主席團常務主席，決定傅瑩為大會副秘書長兼大會發言人。

Fu is the first spokeswoman and 7th spokesperson chosen for the sessions. The preparatory meeting of the first session of the 12th National People's Congress elected the presidium and set the agenda earlier Monday.

傅瑩女士是全國人大第7位發言人，也是第一位女發言人。當日早些時候，十二屆全國人大一次會議預備會議選出了主席團并通過了大會日程。
