On 3rd September, China attracts the spotlight from the whole world.

The marble pillars of Tiananmen Square are witnessing. The commemoration activities to mark the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was held on Chang An Avenue - the most famous street in China. 30 top leaders from different countries shared the grand ceremony, together with 10 international and regional principals including UN Secretary Ban Ki-moon, over 100 foreign friends from 120 countries and regions, as well as 1779 overseas Chinese.

The Five-Starred Red Flag is witnessing. Troops from 17 countries including China, Russia, Egypt, Mexico, Haas Kazakhstan, Afghanistan，Fiji, etc, have declared the global vision of justice and peace.

The People's Heroes Monument is witnessing.70 gun salutes, which represent 70 years' anniversary, announce the power of justice and peace from various countries, to build an Anti-Fascist great wall of steel together, to defend for peace and freedom of human beings forever!

Bathing the sunshine of freedom and peace，the national flag troop marched 121 steps, representing the arduous anti-foreign aggressions of Chinese people in the past 121 years since the First Sino-Japanese War.

"Forgetting the massacre means another massacre." Said Iris Chang, the author of a famous book THE RAPE OF NANKING, which has astonished many English-speaking countries.

After having been through the vicissitudes of life, we find it extremely precious for the world peace. After having suffered from many difficulties, we cherish the priceless of maintaining justice.

We will not forget the Second World War, which started from the "Mukden Incident" and lasted for 14 years, involving 260 million Chinese people in anti Japanese militarism, causing 35 million Chinese deaths. We will not forget the flames of Battle of Stalingrad in the Soviet Union, the black clouds upon Pearl Harbor in the USA, and the smoke of Auschwitz cremator in Europe.

We will not forget the tragedies from Opium Wars to Nanking Massacre. Wherever and whoever, innocent Chinese people singing "many hearts with one mind, beat the enemy's bonfire march on"and went to the battleground after losing their peaceful homeland.

We will not forget those magnificent chapters, from the Battle of Shanghai, the Battle of Taiyuan, to the Battle of Changsha and the Battle of West Hunan, the Northeast Anti- Japanese United Army who spent 14 years in Northeastern China; as well as the Southern China guerrillas who broke a new battlefield of the Pacific Ocean. Eventually, peace and liberation shed light on the common people of the earth.

Be united. Justice and peace are stronger than any iron or steel!

A just cause enjoys abundant support; global peace needs global maintenance.

We will not forget that the cooperation between frontier battlefield led by Nationalist Party and battlefield behind enemy lines led by Communist Party worked together to confronted the enemy effectively.

We will not forget those old soldiers who have shown up in the military parade. 70 years ago they attended the war, and today they are 90 years old in average, among which the age of the oldest is 102. It is the Chinese people represented by the retired soldiers that had hold up the backbone of China in deep distress.

We will not forget the unyielding soul of our nation from Five Heroes on Langya Mountain; we will not forget the confidence of winning from Ping Xing Guan Victory; we will not forget the heroic spirit from Hundred Regiments Offensive.

We will not forget that China spent the longest time in defensing the Japanese Aggression thus made great contribution to the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War. In the meanwhile, China has got precious support from soldiers and international friends of Anti-fascist allies, among 20 countries including the Soviet Union, USA, UK, Australia, Cambodia, etc.

Peace is the sunshine, and justice is the air. Justice will eventually overcome evil，and peace will be an irresistible trend.

Justice wins, peace lives forever. Chinese people have suffered from the deep valley of semi-feudal and semi-colonial society over the past two centuries, struggling, independent, and finally rising peacefully. All these confirmed the truth!

We will not forget that world trend goes forward with great vigor and strength. However, the current world is not peaceful. The right-wing of Japanese militarism has been haunting in 70 years, and has revised the content of Nanking Massacre systematically.

We will not forget that it needs an international cooperation to strengthen justice and peace for human community, and furthermore, to consolidate grains of anti-fascist.

We will not forget that only by carrying on a thorough introspection on Fascist and militarism, can we go forward to a newly peaceful life. The German surrender to Central Powers on 8 May 1945 was not a representation of been defeated; rather, it created a new possible future filling with the glory of human nature.

We will not forget China, as one of the four Central Powers and Permanent Member，has written the history of Asian reconciliation, and has always been a positive power to solve global difficulties and keep peace for global justice and peace.

To guard the plough of peace by using the sword of justice. Where there is a crisis, there is a salvation!

We will not forget that Chinese civilization has been continuing for five thousand years. The Chinese nations, who refuse to be slave, are brave enough to resist violence and march forward! Chinese GDP accounted for one fifth of the whole world since 1000 AD, and once reached 32.9% of the world in 1820. China has made miraculous achievement by turning from a closed agricultural society that were not able to produce a car or a plane or a cannon, to the second largest economic entity that became a crucial engine for global economic growth. This process manifests the strong vitality of Chinese Civilization! The Chinese Communists can not only fight with Japanese Militarist by the simplest rifle but also be able to harness modern informational troops with UAV. China has been marching towards a comprehensive well-off society by leading its 1.3 billion people, in the mean while, getting involved in construction of a new international order in today's informational epoch.

Eagles over Tiananmen are witnessing: Peace is the eternal pursuit of human beings. China is a major stabilizer for the community of destiny with peace and justice!
