夏天一到，很多人立刻開啟了“燒烤、啤酒、小龍蝦”模式，但是殊不知，這種胡吃海喝的習慣背后潛伏著巨大的健康隱患。近日，居住在中山市的趙先生因“進食后上腹部絞痛、嘔吐胃內容物”入院治療。醫(yī)生對其進行抽血檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)趙先生的血漿竟然呈現(xiàn)牛奶似的乳白色！而令趙先生險些喪命的“牛奶血”正是大魚大肉的飲食習慣造成的。

Mr Zhao, 40, was taken to the hospital in southern China last month after experiencing acute pain in the abdomen and on the back.
今年40歲的趙先生上個月因為腹部和背部出現(xiàn)劇烈疼痛而被送入中國南方的一家醫(yī)院。

Doctors said the fat content in Mr Zhao's blood plasma was 25 times higher than the normal level.
醫(yī)生稱，趙先生血漿中的脂肪含量比正常水平高出25倍。

The male patient was admitted into the Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital in Guangdong province last month, according to Dr Chen Guo-xiang, the director of the hospital's critical care department.
據廣東省中山市陳星海醫(yī)院重癥監(jiān)護科主任陳國祥醫(yī)生稱，趙先生是上個月入院的。

Dr Chen told MailOnline that Mr Zhao was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and his pancreas had been inflamed.

為什么會出現(xiàn)“牛奶血”

Dr Chen said the cream colour is attributed to the high level of triglyceride, a major constituent of body fat.
陳醫(yī)生稱，血漿呈乳白色是因為甘油三酯含量過高，這是人體脂肪的一種主要成分。

The normal range of a person's triglyceride is 0.22 to 1.65 millimoles per litre, according to Dr Chen.
據陳醫(yī)生介紹，人體內甘油三酯含量的正常范圍是0.22-1.65毫克/每升。

Mr Zhao's triglyceride level is 23 millimoles per litre, which is about 25 times higher than the normal level.
趙醫(yī)生的甘油三酯水平是23毫克/升，大約比正常水平高25倍。

The high fat level in Mr Zhao's blood had caused harm to his pancreas, leading to an acute inflammation of the organ, said Dr Chen.
陳醫(yī)生說，趙先生血液內脂肪含量過高導致胰腺受損，從而引發(fā)了急性胰腺炎。

Mr Zhao said he had business meals very often and had consumed 'a huge amount of meat' over the years, reports ZSTV.

'It was just eating. I thought it wouldn't be a problem,' said the patient after he was shocked to see the results of his blood test.
“就是吃嘛，我沒想到會出問題，”趙先生看到血檢結果后感到震驚。

Dr Chen said the patient's greasy diet was the main cause of his illness. They had arranged healthy blood plasma to be transfused into Mr Zhao's body to replace his 'fatty' blood plasma.
陳醫(yī)生表示，患者油膩的飲食習慣是致病的主要原因。他們已經將健康的血漿輸入趙先生體內，替換“油脂過高”的血漿。
